De kamilleplant is een van de geneeskrachtigste planten van Europa en behoort tot de composietenfamilie.
Bevat van nature onder andere:
Etherische olie, bisabolenen, bitterstoffen, flavonoïden, glycosiden, looistoffen, slijmstoffen, cumarinen, aminozuren, fenolzuren, salicylzuur vitamine A, B en C
mineralen: Fosfor, IJzer en Zwavel.

Geschikt voor:
Konijnen, cavia's, ratten, muizen, chinchilla's, hamsters, honden, paarden, vogels, papegaaien, duiven en kippen.
Aanbevolen hoeveelheid per dag:
Voor knaagdieren en konijnen een klein beetje over het eten heen doen. Een konijn mag ongeveer 1/2 eetlepel aan kruiden/bloemen, per kilo lichaamsgewicht per dag eten.
Voor een koude thee/drank: 15 gram op 1 liter kokend water, 10 minuten laten trekken.
